Frequent Questions

How do I access the collections of EPA's libraries?

EPA staff and members of the public can locate materials through the EPA National Library Catalog. Members of the public can obtain EPA library materials via interlibrary loan from a local public, academic, or organizational library participating in the Online Computer Library Center (OCLC).

The National Service Center for Environmental Publications (NSCEP) provides access to more than 65,000 digital EPA publications. NSCEP allows you to view, print, and download EPA publications. Or you can call toll-free (800) 490-9198 to order hard copy EPA documents from NSCEP.
